What HireHoGaya provides

HireHoGaya is a recruiting workspace for creating job posts, collecting candidate applications, organizing application data, displaying job-fit summaries, and coordinating interview availability. Product features may evolve over time.

Recruiter responsibilities

• Use the product lawfully and only for genuine recruiting activity.
• Provide accurate job details and treat candidate information confidentially.
• Make your own hiring decisions. Fit summaries are supporting information, not an automated employment decision.
• Obtain any required permissions before collecting or processing candidate information.
• Keep your account secure.

Candidate responsibilities

• Provide accurate application details and only upload information you are allowed to share.
• Review AI-extracted fields before submitting. You control the final application you submit.
• Use interview booking links only for the relevant opportunity.

AI-assisted features

AI features help organize information and prepare suggestions. They can make mistakes and should be reviewed by people. HireHoGaya does not use your data to train AI models, and recruiters remain responsible for final hiring decisions.

Plans, usage limits, and payments

HireHoGaya offers a free plan and paid 30-day access plans. Job, resume, portfolio, and voice-workflow limits are shown on the pricing page and apply during the access period. A scan is counted when a resume application is received or when a recruiter requests a portfolio summary.

Paid plans are one-time payments processed securely by Cashfree. We do not automatically renew or charge a payment method. Access begins after we verify a successful payment and ends 30 days later unless you purchase another plan. We verify payment status with Cashfree before enabling paid features. If a paid scan allowance is reached, scans are blocked until additional capacity is purchased or arranged with support.

Cancellations and refunds

Because paid access is delivered immediately after a successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once paid features have been used. If you were charged twice, charged in error, or cannot access a paid plan because of a technical issue, contact support@hirehogaya.com within 7 days of payment. We review eligible requests case by case and honour any rights required by applicable law.

Interview links and email

Recruiters are responsible for providing the meeting links used for online interviews. Email and interview messages are sent to support the recruiting workflow; you must ensure your communications comply with applicable law.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep HireHoGaya available and useful, but the service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular hiring outcome, candidate response, or accuracy of any automated suggestion.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using HireHoGaya at any time.
